On June 27, 2022, WEMET won the Purchasing Trophy in Paris. Its innovation, quality but also the creativity around the product as well as the brand seduced the jury. In addition, one of the criteria taken into account is the sustainability of the product/service offered. Driven by a coherent business plan, WEMET was able to stand out from the other participants in order to win the procurement trophy.
The procurement trophy is widely recognized as a reference for excellence in the field of procurement, and the winning companies generally benefit from great visibility and significant recognition in their sector of activity. In a few figures, 60 projects were presented, 25 exceptional jurors and 1,019 registered for the evening.
This event takes place in 3 key stages: First of all, a selection made by the 25 members of the jury through the submission of an application. Then comes the grand oral for the selected candidates where everyone must pitch for 3 minutes and answer the jurors' questions in order to try to be part of the winner. Then the ceremony takes place to reward the best innovations but also live interventions.
The rewards are divided into 6 categories distinct, ranging from the best supplier/customer collaboration to innovative suppliers, responsible purchasing.
This will allow your business, service or product to become known. In fact, 60% of the professionals present are buyers, and 30% of suppliers. In addition, the members of the jury belong to large companies such as Thales, ENGIE, AirFrance or Invivo.
